College Admissions Testing
Students are responsible for checking which test(s) their colleges require for admission.

ACT

To take the ACT, students must register and pay for additional tests. If you require a fee waiver for registration fees, please see the College & Career Counselor.

SAT

Students who would like to take the SAT or SAT Subject Tests must register and pay the fees. If you require a fee waiver for registration fees, please see the College & Career Counselor.

PSAT/NMSQT

The PSAT/NMSQT is an optional exam open to sophomores and juniors. Pre-registration is required. This exam is administered once in October. This exam serves both as a practice SAT and as the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarhship competition. Only junior students can qualify for the National Merit Scholarship competition.

Advanced Placement (AP) Exams

Advanced Placement (AP) exams are optional exams that are generally taken by students in AP courses. Pre-registration is required. Fee waivers are available for students who qualify.
